Ryan's blog
Anybody home?
I must confess. I am no longer a regular blogger. I began blogging when I moved to Ottawa in 2005 to help document the trip and to keep in touch with those at home (these were pre-Facebook times). I've been back from Ottawa for two years, and almost 10 months has passed now since my last post.
I do, however, expect to resume blogging when I move to South Africa in November.
Do check out the flickr del.icio.us feeds to the right. They are current.
If you would like to stay in touch, it's best to add me to Facebook or write me an email.

Just a couple more highlights from Toronto while I'm still on the road...
Stayed at the Toronto Hilton:

(amazing beds!)
Elizabeth and I spent the better part of a full day in the Eaton Centre yesterday. It was packed, of course... and well decorated:

Holidays in Ottawa
Hey everybody.. I guess its been a little while since I've posted so here's an update.
I finished final exams last Tuesday, and now I'm enjoying the holidays from Ottawa. I've been here since Tuesday
Elizabeth's (girlfriend, not grandmother!) parents, her and I flew up on Tuesday to spend Christmas with Elizabeth's father's side of the family, something they don't usually get to do. While we've been up here, Liz and I took the train to Toronto and spent the day shopping! We stayed overnight, and came back on Christmas Eve afternoon. Elizabeth's parents fly back to Charlottetown on Boxing Day, but I'm coming home on Christmas day around noon.
Merry Christmas!
